Tyler Garcia is a biomedical engineering student, with an interest in biomechanics and biomedical devices. He joined the Center for Aerospace Physiology research lab in Fall 2022. Tyler previously interned in the biodynamics section of the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Summer 2022 and will be interning with the Naval Medical Research Unit in Summer 2023, conducting human performance testing. Tyler is a graduate of Centerville High School in Dayton, Ohio, where he participated in the school's biotechnology program.
